A good idea is a members resources channel. It's a list of help links that poeple can use if they are in crisis.

Users will often reach out to one another during crisis mode. This is good, but at times it can also be triggering for other members. (some of you may have experienced this during times moderating.) You don't want to be silencing people, but also, when it come to matters of mental health, that can me a lot to put on moderators.
